KIAA B.V. only processes data that is strictly necessary for contact, services, and security. We do not place tracking cookies.

What we store

• Pilot applications: name, role, organization, email address, and project explanation.
• Platform updates: email address and communication preferences.
• Portal access: email address, authentication data (hashed passwords, OAuth tokens, MFA factors), login and audit logs, IP address, device data, and metadata of authentication events.

For the purpose of

• Contacting you about pilots and services.
• Sending technical and product updates.
• Securing access, detecting misuse, and safeguarding platform continuity.

Data processing

• We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties.
